Amdram is the free website for the amateur theatre community. It includes free resources for groups and individuals interested in amateur theatre.

Marlowe Players amateur drama group was founded on 15th January 1948, when a small group of people met to discuss the formation of an independent drama society. After 30 years at St. Augustine's Community Centre in Normanton, they moved to Darley Abbey Village Hall in 2006 where they continue to meet every Tuesday evening
